Adrian Lopez is an ACAC Council-certified Indoor Environmentalist (CIE) with a professional background in general contracting, mold remediation, and indoor environmental inspection and testing. He specializes in investigating mold, moisture, indoor air quality, and building-related environmental conditions, with particular experience assisting clients with health concerns and complex indoor environments. As a San Diego native, Adrian has developed a strong understanding of the region’s coastal humidity, moisture intrusion, ventilation challenges, and other environmental conditions that can affect buildings. His construction and remediation background helps him identify underlying moisture pathways and building conditions that may contribute to environmental concerns. Adrian also focuses on developing and refining inspection, sampling, and investigative methods to provide thorough evaluations, clear findings, and practical recommendations that help clients better understand and improve their indoor environment.

Kate Chiariello is an InterNACHI Certified Master Inspector and IAC2 Certified Indoor Air Consultant with more than 2,500 completed inspections. She specializes in mold, moisture intrusion, and indoor air quality assessments, helping clients better understand environmental conditions that may affect the health, comfort, and safety of their indoor spaces. Kate combines her Environmental Sciences studies at MiraCosta College and Oregon State University with years of hands-on inspection experience to provide thorough, practical, and client-focused evaluations. As a Certified Master Inspector, her broader understanding of building systems and property defects helps her better identify conditions that may contribute to moisture problems, mold growth, or indoor air quality concerns. Her strong attention to detail and clear communication help clients make informed decisions about their property and indoor environment.
